SDG develops properties in attractive locations throughout Scandinavia. Our long-term strategy is to be an active property manager, closely connected to our customers and tenants. By enhancing raw spaces, we add value to the property. We develop ideas beyond square meters to further enhance and manage commercial spaces. Once a lease agreement is signed, the property company can entrust us with full responsibility.
We analyze flows, demographics and customer behavior in the absolute catchment area. Together with our analysis and our industry experience, we create a complex restaurant mix that is both successful and profitable.
Our business model is based on property development that contributes to stable cash flows in combination with increased property value. An essential parameter in SDG’s strategy is the extensive experience that our team possesses in both property development and the restaurant industry as a whole.
