At SDG, we work on sustainability issues in a long-term and systematic manner, focusing primarily on three different areas. With our structured approach and thoughtful material choices, we ensure our focus on the issues that truly make a difference.
The following are the three focus areas for our sustainability efforts:
Packaging
We select materials and designs for our packaging with restraint, reuse, and recycling top of mind. By making responsible choices, we can reduce our environmental impact and promote a circular economy.
Building Materials
By choosing long-lasting materials, we create sustainability over time. We strive to use high-quality, durable materials that can be used and worn with dignity, diminishing the need for replacement or disposal.
Reduce, Reuse, Recycle
We always conduct an inventory of existing restaurant furnishings and equipment to, whenever possible, reuse them in our projects. By giving new life to existing resources, we reduce waste and promote more sustainable use of resources.
