Ricard Constantinou
Ricard Constantinou started his first restaurant business at the age of 16. For almost 40 years, he has been developing, refining and challenging the Swedish restaurant industry. With experience from bakeries, sausage restaurants, his own sausage factory and several fast food concepts, he has a unique expertise.
Ricard has received several prestigious awards. His restaurants have received six Gold Dragons and a Bib Gourmand from the Michelin Guide. He himself has been awarded the Gold Dragon Honorary Award.
In total, Ricard has owned or managed more than 100 restaurants and built several food halls. With his broad experience, he constantly challenges the view of what a restaurant hall can be. For seven years he also sat on the board of Visita – the industry and employer organization for the Swedish hospitality industry.
Ricard is the founder and owner of Panini Internazionale and K-märkt, as well as the creator of successful restaurant halls in Stockholm such as K25 on Kungsgatan, Teatern in the center of Ringen and S2 in Mall of Scandinavia.
Mikael Sköldmark
With over 25 years of experience from both individual restaurants and chain companies, Mikael has solid expertise in the restaurant industry. For the past ten years, he has focused on the development and management of restaurant halls. Mikael is responsible for contractual issues, negotiations, procurements, leasing processes, regulatory requirements and financial follow-up. His role is central to the structure and long-term nature of the business.
In addition to his work at SDG, Mikael is also a partner in several restaurants, including Panini Internazionale and K-märkt – which gives him a deep industry connection and understanding of both challenges and opportunities in restaurant operations.
Michel Maiden
With a background as a chef and head chef in several renowned restaurants, Michel is today a seasoned product developer and operations manager in the restaurant and food industry. He has extensive experience in new establishments and quality development, and acts as an important link between tenants, property owners, suppliers and guests.
Michel works closely with our hand-picked concepts and tenants and is responsible for local operations in our establishments. He ensures high quality execution – while having a special ability to identify and establish new restaurant concepts.
During his career, Michel has worked with companies such as Panini, Gooh, Lantmännen, Berns, Printz, K25, Vasakronan, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and AMF Fastigheter.
Mats Rosenlund
With over 35 years of experience in the restaurant industry – from classic kitchens to fast food, health concepts and startups – Mats has a broad and deep expertise in operations, development and expansion. He has led the establishment of stores and restaurants in all phases, with strong drive and clear focus on results. His experience in construction, establishment, management and budget, combined with solid leadership, makes him a key person in our projects.
Mats is a skilled relationship builder and leads the collaboration between tenants, suppliers, subcontractors, landlords and authorities with a confident hand. Accessibility, solution focus and commitment characterize his approach – he sees opportunities where others see challenges.
Johan Kristiansen
Johan is a versatile architect and designer, educated at KTH and Kungl. Konsthögskolan, with a strong sense of spatial design, concept development and the interplay between form and function.
He works strategically and creatively in projects that move between architecture, interior design and format development – from idea and analysis to finished environment. Johan has been a key person behind projects such as the restaurant halls K25 and S2, as well as the living lab PBX and 7-Eleven’s new store concept, where he has been responsible for everything from assortment strategy to visual master plan.
Øyvind Nystad
Øyvind has worked with concept development since the early days of K25, up to the launch of S2. With a background as a designer and former store planner at IKEA, he played a central role in concept development for Inter IKEA Systems and IOS during the 1990s. His unique, interdisciplinary approach combines curiosity with strategic insight, making him a driving force in Reactor’s creative process.
Øyvind has won awards for retail design in Norway and Sweden and was a finalist in the UK Retail Awards.
His clients include Elkjøp, Coop Mega, OBS Bygg, Panini, Burger King, K25, S2 and Reitan Retail.
Marit Winter
Marit is an experienced art director and graphic designer with a keen sense of visual communication, form and storytelling. She has solid expertise in communication concepts, brand development and visual identities – preferably in projects where strategy meets aesthetics.
She works across disciplines and moves confidently in complex assignments. Her clients include 7-Eleven, where she developed store communication and graphic identity, and restaurants such as LeKebab with concepts and visual profiles. Marit’s strength lies in turning ideas into accurate and visually engaging design solutions.
Hilde Steen Aamodt
Hilde has extensive experience in editorial design, illustration, branding and complete design systems. She leads the graphic design team at Reactor and has won several retail awards through Kreativt Forum. Some of her most important identity projects include Glasmagasinet, Byporten (Oslo), Bohus, S2 Restauranghall and Peaky Bistro Bar.
Hilde works across industries, integrating brand identity with movement, sound, photography, architecture and product design.
She also develops customized fonts, including for Elgiganten and Bohus.
Sofia Andersson
Sofia has studied packaging design at Nackademin and UX/interface design.
She has experience in graphic design, packaging and visual merchandising and joined Reactor in 2021. Among other things, she has developed packaging for Market Shop EMV, menus for restaurants in S2 (Mall of Scandinavia) and the graphic identity for 180 Grader.
Sofia also works on projects for Reitan Convenience, where she designs communication concepts for Pressbyrån and 7-Eleven.
Elin Backaert Mass
Elin leads Reactor’s interior design team and coordinates industrial design, 3D visualizations and CAD implementation. She holds a B.Sc. in Interior Design from the University for the Creative Arts (UK) and has also studied landscape architecture at NMBU in Norway.
Elin is also a LEED Green Associate.
She has developed concepts for Dely/Blender (Burger King, Fattigmann, Eataly), Thune stores and ARG airport stores in the Nordics. In Sweden, she has been central to the development of K25, K-Märkt, Panini and S2 food halls.
Stephen Lynch
Stephen holds a BA in Furniture and Product Design from Nottingham Trent University and studied 3D design at Birmingham Institute of Art and Design.
Before joining Reactor, he worked as a carpenter and teacher. He is responsible for 3D and detail design of physical elements, from furniture to signage and architectural components.
Stephen’s work can be seen in environments such as Burger King, Printz, K25, S2, Panini and 7-Eleven.
Sergiu Zboras
Sergiu has worked as an architectural visualizer in Italy, Hungary and Sweden.
His portfolio includes projects such as Skanska’s Sthlm 01, AMF’s Urban Escape, Sergels Torg and new builds for Fabege and Atrium Ljungberg.
At Reactor, he visualizes designs for S2 Food Hall, PBX, Burger King Nordic, Pressbyrån, 7-Eleven and Elgiganten.
Daniel Eljenmyr
Daniel is an experienced designer and project manager focusing on environments that require high installation precision. He ensures technical accuracy in conceptual drawings and supports drawing processes in several projects.
Erik Edström
Erik leads projects from start to finish and ensures deliveries according to budget, schedule and specification. With over 20 years of experience in sales, product development and leadership, he became a partner in Reactor in 2011.
He leads prototype development, pilot stores and major rollouts – including for DNB (45 bank branches, 100 real estate offices), Blender and Umoe Catering.
David Edström
David ensures the practical implementation of design strategies – from drawing to finished product. He is a trained cabinetmaker and woodwork teacher with 13 years of project management experience.
He has led major rollouts for DNB and Bergans (from southern Norway to Svalbard) and is now responsible for implementation for PBX, Pressbyrån and 7-Eleven.
Johan Öberg Larson
Johan leads a multidisciplinary team specialized in professional kitchens. They combine expertise in cooking, logistics, regulations and sustainability to develop optimized restaurant and catering environments.
All team members are certified by FCSI Nordic, a global trade association for foodservice consultants.
Joakim Alterius
Joakim is educated at the Royal Institute of Technology and is responsible for ensuring that buildings comply with design documentation, building standards, safety regulations and food industry requirements.
He works closely with Reactor’s lead architect Johan Kristiansen to ensure high-quality implementation.
Frida M Thornberg
Frida works at the intersection of brand, storytelling and guest experience. As a partner at FRIMA, Frida helps restaurants, bars and destination-based brands develop identities that are felt – and that last over time.
At FRIMA, we develop ideas, shape concepts and build brands from first creative thought to full-scale launch. FRIMA combines strategy, storytelling and visual identity to create experiences that are bold, relevant and sophisticated.
Frida’s areas of expertise include concept development and storytelling, brand strategy, tone of voice and positioning, copywriting and communications, creative direction and project management, and experiential marketing and brand activation.
Running a restaurant is a challenge - running an entire food hall is even more complex. SDG's strength lies in our team and unique mix of skills. Our experience covers both management and design of venues, and we know how to create a restaurant mix that is both attractive and profitable.
