Restaurant halls

SDG owns, develops and manages world-class restaurant halls.

We work with some of Scandinavia’s largest real estate companies to transform real estate spaces into exceptional meeting places for food, drink and entertainment. Through strategic locations in attractive areas – where proximity to both homes and workplaces drives flow and profitability – we create sustainable concepts with long-term value.

K25

The first of its kind

When K25 was established in 2013, it was something completely new for Stockholm – a scene for food culture that had long been missing. Then, as now, K25 is a lively restaurant hall where you can eat good food from early lunch to late dinner, meet for an afterwork or take your food home.

It’s a place that constantly offers new flavors and surprises – with dishes from all corners of the world, every day. We’re proud that the K25 has won awards and international recognition as a modern food destination.

S2 Restaurant hall

A vibrant melting pot

With fourteen restaurants, S2 Restauranghall is unique in its kind. Together, the various operations form a dynamic whole, where each part is characterized by high quality. S2 can best be described as a vibrant melting pot of environments and expressions, where food and drink from different cultures meet. The interior is characterized by thoughtful material choices, and under one roof there are two stands, an impressive stage with a large screen and parquet seating. The offer ranges from open mic and live gigs to grand schlager parties. In addition, S2 has seven karaoke lounges and a generous south-facing outdoor terrace. S2 is a destination for all tastes, occasions and moods – where gastronomy, entertainment and socializing meet.

Theaters

An amphitheater for food

With the establishment of Teatern, a whole new world has been created in Ringen – an inviting and open space where everyone is welcome. The vision was to challenge the traditional perceptions of both fast food and restaurant halls. With the concept, SDG wanted to create a stage for Sweden’s most skilled chefs, where they can serve their fantastic food in the form of “fast food”. It offers a repertoire of meals, created by some of the country’s top chefs, served in an instant and at a cost that most people can afford.
