There is already a restaurateur on the ground floor. The premises will now be renovated and developed into Tivoli Terrassen, a concept developed by SDG that strengthens Djurgården’s gastronomic offer and ties in with the unique character of the neighborhood.
On the first floor, SDG has developed an exclusive and newly renovated office space of 155 sqm. By refining the space and adapting it for modern working environments, SDG has created a unique office solution that is now available for rent.
