SDG develops premises in attractive locations throughout Scandinavia. Our strategy is to be an active property manager with close relationships with customers and tenants.

By refining raw space, we add value to the property – we develop ideas that are bigger than the square meters themselves and take responsibility for the whole process: development, management and commercial operation. Once a lease is signed, the property owner can safely hand over responsibility to us.

We analyze flows, demographics and customer behavior in each catchment area. Backed by our experience, we create a carefully curated restaurant mix that is both attractive and profitable.
