In the development of the new Sturekvarteret, Space Development Group (SDG) is taking the next step by establishing a 1000 square meter restaurant square in the historic Marmorhallarna in Bångska palatset. In 2024, Space Development Group (SDG) took over parts of the Konsthallen 14 property on Djurgården. The building, built in 1870 and with a blue cultural classification, has a rich history, with some parts dating back to the 18th century. Now the site, called Södra Djurgården, is being developed with respect for the historical heritage and with a clear eye to the future. In total, 500 square meters are covered on two levels – a restaurant on the street level and offices upstairs. There is already a restaurateur on the ground floor.
