We choose materials and design with a focus on restraint, reuse and recycling – to reduce environmental impact and promote a circular economy.
Building materials
We use durable, long-lasting and high-quality materials – that can withstand wear and tear over time without needing to be replaced unnecessarily.
Reuse
For each project, we take stock of existing restaurant furniture and equipment to reuse what can be given new life. This reduces waste and strengthens a resource-efficient process.
